Portfolio
Initially solely specialized in technical documentation, we have grown beyond our core business to include other fields. In doing so, we have consistently extended our portfolio and evolved into a technical logistics service provider. The basis of our operations is our certification as an aeronautical company for German Federal Armed Forces aircraft and aeronautical equipment as per ZV A1-1525/0-8901, which has given us our authorization for the three business units Development, Manufacture and Maintenance. We offer all services from a single source – from logistics analyses and calculations through to technical documentation and usage support for complete systems..
Technical documentation is our core expertise. We create maintenance manuals, spare parts catalogues, operating instructions, servicing and maintenance schedules, and interactive electronic technical documentation (IETD) for a variety of systems while taking into account all relevant civil and military specifications. We advise you on your documentation layout and design, and provide an updating service.
We also offer documentation for use on mobile terminal devices with different display options suited to potential usage scenarios: our "Mob4Doc“ (Mobility for Documentation).
For our Logistic Support Services and ILS Management, we coordinate logistics tasks and provide support for our customers' systems throughout their entire product life cycle. We provide calculations and analyses of reliability, availability, testability (FMEA, FMECA), safety, logistic support analysis (LSA) and life cycle costs (LCC).
We also determine required spare part quantities and emergency and deployment supplies and provide suitable transport or storage containers (supply support).
RTP has been an Approved Aeronautical Organization for military products since 2012. As such, RTP provides system support for the Special Forces footrest on the Sea Lynx Mk88a naval helicopter, for the target localization UAV (KZO), the observation and reconnaissance system BAS 2000 for the MK41 naval helicopter and engine test rigs for the GNOME (Sea King MK41) and the GEM (Sea Lynx Mk88a).
The Approval encompasses development, manufacture and maintenance of aircraft and aeronautical equipment of the German Armed Forces.
Current development activities include a manned gyrocopter system M24 (PLUTO) with variable, modular equipment on which research and development is being carried out for the avionics, opto-electronics, sensory as well as drive and fuel systems.
