| The Skyranger gun system is a self-propelled multi-mission system for protecting mobile formations and stationary assets. Owing to the use of state-of-the-art materials and technologies, the unmanned turret is a very low-weight design. Thanks to modular armour, the Skyranger can be optimally fitted out for the mission at hand. It is equipped with an Rheinmetall Air Defence 35 mm revolver gun: the ideal weapon for engaging air and ground targets. An electro-optical target-tracking sensor controls the weapon. It automatically tracks its designated target. The system's passive tracking sensor assures outstanding performance day and night – even in adverse weather conditions. |
